The training is intended for electricians, electrical maintenance personnel, and design engineers who need to familiarize themselves with programmable controllers and automation technologies that are used in building construction and industrial automation. Taking this PLC Automation Course (Advanced) allows candidates to enhance and gain an understanding of PLC and process control. This course includes subjects such as:

- Downloading, testing, and finding faults PLC program on PLC hardware.
A five-day course is delivered at PMV’s national training centres in Perth and Adelaide or a client’s facility.
A diploma in engineering technology provides competencies required for the assessment and management of risks, the design, validation/evaluation, and audit of electrical equipment, instrumentation, and control systems installed in hazardous areas of the chemical, mineral processing, and petroleum industries.
